Pastor David earned his Undergraduate degree in Physical Science from Concordia University, Seward, NE. This degree is designed as a combination focus on Physics and Chemistry, with emphasis on pre-graduate school.

He attended seminary at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated with a Masters of Divinity and recieved his call to St. Paul's.

In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family,  woodworking, and board games.
